Warranty:

All Haya products are covered by a full one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty is valid against manufacturing defects only and covers any fault resulting from manufacturing or normal product performance.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to replace the product with a new one during the warranty period.

Switch policy:

The product is eligible for replacement during the warranty period in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Proper use in accordance with the instructions provided with the product is required.
